Long weekend in Istanbul for a gay couple

Hi guys! We're a young couple planning a long weekend (like 4 or 5 days) in Istanbul. We'd like to know what you think about the city ? Is is a good idea to go there as a gay couple ? and if so, what are your highlights we shouldn't miss ? are 4 or 5 days enough ? thanks a lot for your tips !
