Gay bar for the bear community (but it's not limited to bears.), in Chueca. You can have 2 drinks with you entrance fee, if you show a flyer promoting this offer (you can get it in Chueca). Large dance club with 2 floors, it gets more busy after 2am. Upper floor for pop music and basement for techno/electro. Atmosphere is super friendly , definitely a place to go in Madrid !
