You need to go to Grand Central Basement, to the western toilets, and once you're there to the urinals on the left (there are 2 series). Guys come here after work, it's mostly busy between 5PM and 7PM approximately. Mostly watching, a bit of discreet touching, but not more, the toilets are busy with people who are not here for cruising.
