Pokapokaya is small but very warm and welcoming. More popular with bears and bears lovers, but not only !! The staff speaks English and is absolutely ADORABLE!! Toru is amazing, always with a smile on his face and he likes to make portraits of the patrons, that he likes to put on the bottles. So don’t hesitate to ask to get your portrait done! You can have some snacks while drinking some fresh Japanese beers, prices are totally reasonable.
