Scarlet Bar is among the best gay in Chicago (and it’s not just me saying, as it was also voted best gay bar in Chicago by Chicago Magazine). The place itself is very well decorated and arranged with taste. The people working there are amazing, very welcoming and efficient at the same time. The place can get pretty crowded on week-ends, but that’s also part of the fun. The music is amazing and they also host some drag shows and special event nights. Check out before going. The only thing you risk coming here, is staying all the way until closing without even noticing it. A must visit for LGBTQ people in Chicago!
