Cheapest happy hour in all the gay bars I visited in Paris!! they have a big (and totally packed terrace), the waiters are quite accommodating at trying to find you a spot (if that's possible). And it's all about the terrace, as the inside is pretty much empty the crowd is a mix of gay and straight people, all coming for the super cheap prices, but it's a very good atmosphere and everyone is friendly and welcoming careful the happy hour finishes at 23h, and then the prices are much higher!
